MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE & SOCIAL STATUS AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into on this ______ day of ____________, 2026 ("Effective Date"), by and between:

Party A: [Your Full Name], Artist & Performer, residing in Western Australia,
And
Party B: [Collaborator/Company Name], residing at [Address].

1. Purpose

The parties wish to explore a mutual professional relationship involving artistic collaboration, dance choreography, rhythm/percussion practice, or creative consulting. In the process, parties will share proprietary creative concepts and be privy to each other’s public and private social standings.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:

  • Original choreography, dance routines, and movement concepts.

  • Visual art designs, drafts, concepts, and unfinished works.

  • Original drum rhythms, percussion arrangements, and audio recordings.

  • Social Status & Association: Any private discussions regarding public image, personal branding strategies, or private social interactions.

3. Non-Disclosure Obligations

Each party agrees to hold the other’s Confidential Information in strict confidence. Neither party shall disclose, publish, or disseminate any portion of the information to a third party without prior written consent.

4. Social Status & Public Representations

To maintain mutual integrity and social status:

  • No Unauthorised Media: Party B shall not post videos, audio recordings, or photos of Party A’s dance rehearsals, drum practices, or artwork on social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) without explicit, written digital approval from Party A.

  • No False Association: Neither party shall publicly imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or exclusive partnership that does not contractually exist.

  • Tagging and Credits: If media is approved for public release, appropriate credit (e.g., "Choreography by...", "Percussion by...", "Artwork by...") must be visibly tagged and displayed.

5. Term and Termination

This agreement governs all disclosures made from the Effective Date. The obligations of confidentiality and social media restrictions shall survive for a period of two (2) years after the creative collaboration concludes.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia.
